Ordering

How do I place an order?

Please visit www.BeerVan.com, search for your favorite beers and add them to your cart. Continue through our checkout and then patiently wait for our delivery!

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

We would love to get to know you, but you aren’t required to create an account.

How do I edit an order after submitting it?

Once you submit your order, we start working on it. So, unfortunately, we can’t accept edits.

 

Payment & Pricing

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

There’s no minimum, but there is a maximum. You can only order 192 oz. in a single transaction.

Is there a fee for placing an order?

A $4.99 delivery fee will be added to your order during checkout.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payments through PayPal.

Is gratuity included in my Beer Van order?

There’s no need to tip. We are happy to deliver to you! 

What happens if I cancel my order or I’m unavailable for delivery?

Sorry, but we don’t allow for orders to be cancelled.

Who can help me with questions about refunds or incorrect charges?

Please call Customer Care at 1-800-553-2324.

Will I get a receipt at delivery?

Your order confirmation is your receipt, but we will also give you a packing list with your delivery.

What happens if a product I’ve selected is out of stock?

We hope it doesn’t happen, but if it does, we’ll give you a call.

How much alcohol can be ordered per transaction?

We are only allowed to sell 192 oz. in a single transaction. Need more? Please place another order to be delivered at the same time.

 

Delivery

Is delivery available in my area?

We are just getting started, so we only go to a few places. Here are the zip codes we currently deliver to: 15201, 15224, 15232, 15213, 15260, and 15206. Check back as we are planning to expand.

Do I need to be present to receive my delivery?

Yes, someone must be present to accept the delivery and show a valid form of ID. If no one answers the door, the driver will contact you using the phone number associated with your order. If we cannot contact you, the driver will return the order to the store and you can contact us to reschedule delivery or pickup of your order.

Can I change a delivery address?

Yes. When you are at the checkout page you can enter the delivery address of your choice. Your delivery address must be within our delivery area.

Can the driver bring the order into my home?

For safety and liability reasons the drivers are not permitted to enter a residence for any reason.

 

Fees and Time Slots

What is the service fee for a delivery?

Beer Van deliveries are $4.99.

How long is the delivery “window”?

Delivery can be done in two hours from the time you order.

What delivery time slots are available?

Wednesday – Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

 

Substitutions and Notes

If an item I ordered is unavailable, how are substitutions determined?

If we don’t have something available at the time we fulfill your order, we will give you a call.
